This website is a hub for those looking to learn more about the practice of not keeping score, including access to an online Teachable course (here), a Stop Keeping Score product collection (here), and a book about not keeping score as well as two other complementary skills that I encourage people to consider practicing as they navigate the challenges that life presents (book is in draft from at present).
If practiced regularly, not keeping score can decrease stress while increasing serenity and acceptance.
One might say, learning to Stop Keeping Score is the most important of the three skills because of how it supports interacting with others (mastering relationships — skill two) and accepting loss (mastering acceptance — skill three).
